Problem :

Radiation oncology clients often lack the in-house resources to create strategic, on-brand marketing materials tailored to their patients and referring physicians. Each client had different priorities, branding styles, and content needs, ranging from conference booths to patient-facing materials, but lacked an internal marketing team to execute them.

Solution :

At G3 Medical Marketing, I jumped in as a flexible creative resource, working across six oncology clients to craft promotional graphics, sales collateral, conference handouts, and booth visuals. I adapted to each brand's tone and objectives, ensuring that every asset aligned with their goals, looked professional, and was delivered on time, whether digital or physical.

Challenge :

Each client was unique; some required high-impact educational materials, while others sought sleek event handouts or social graphics. With no centralized design system across clients, the challenge was to quickly learn each brand’s voice, maintain design consistency, and deliver effective solutions within fast-paced timelines, often juggling multiple projects simultaneously.

Summary :

This project highlights my ability to plug into an agency-like setting and support multiple health-tech clients simultaneously. Whether working on a sleek radiation brochure or a branded trade show banner, I brought creative direction, technical design skills, and strategic thinking to every task, becoming a creative partner for the G3 team.
