Problem :

TheraPanacea’s global website was built with a European audience in mind, resulting in messaging, navigation, and content that lacked clarity and relevance for U.S. healthcare professionals. The visual identity and copy leaned heavily on an academic tone, with little consideration for marketing effectiveness, clinical storytelling, or product conversion, making it difficult to build credibility in the U.S. oncology market.

Solution :

I redesigned and launched a brand-new U.S. website tailored specifically for American buyers and decision-makers in radiation oncology. This meant creating an entirely new site structure, UX flow, copy system, and visual style. From homepage to product modules, every element was reimagined to highlight speed, intelligence, and clinical value anchored in modern U.S. healthcare language and design standards. The result is a clean, future-forward digital experience that positions TheraPanacea as a category leader in AI-powered radiotherapy.

Challenge :

One of the core challenges was translating a highly technical product ecosystem into a clear, benefits-driven website for an unfamiliar audience. Balancing clinical depth with marketing clarity while differentiating from treatment planning systems required a deep understanding of both the U.S. oncology landscape and digital design strategy.

Summary :

This project demonstrates my ability to lead the full redesign of a website for a complex B2B healthcare product. From wireframes to final copy and visuals, I crafted a U.S. digital hub that seamlessly blends strategic messaging, clean UI/UX, and brand elevation, transforming technical software into a compelling narrative of speed, intelligence, and trust.
